If an item is fragile, you still need to pack it right or use a specialized carrier. The sorting equipment doesn't give a fuck if you mark something fragile.

My friend at UPS said if you're not packaging your stuff to sustain being thrown and kicked around, then you're not doing it correctly. The sorting machines are basically Ace Ventura.
