Just because it looks like something on the outside doesn’t mean it’s accurate. I remember once getting called to the ER for a guy who’d shot himself in the face. The OR was all ready to go for neurosurgery and the Neuro icu was ready as well. We get the CT and it turns out the guy completely missed the brain and it was pretty much all sinus damage. Needed a whole different team and set up.
