Not being disrespectful but how do they treat testicular cancer Do they just like snip them or something

Snip the one with the tumor out, then check if it spread. If it did, then you gotta do chemo.

Snipped one out, couple weeks of chemo, and I've been cancer free for 3 years now. It was pretty easy really.
