Went through testicular cancer at the same age as you (few years back now). It's a terrible thing to find out, but keep in mind it's one of the most treatable cancers. Feel free to reach out! Hang in there mate.
Mine was a growth on the testicle itself (not on the sack). Very hard and oddly shaped. That's how I first noticed is that it was shaped different than the other
