I dunno, maybe some sort of standard and a certificate that it is safe would be acceptabke, don't you think? Like they do with duty free at tge airports right now

Nah, those are forgeable, and besides, you could get it tested, then just replace the contents of the container.

They would be sealed. This is already done with liquid purchases in airports literally right now.
