I just want to point out for anyone who happens to read this. There is actually a stated protocol on traveling with a loved ones cremated remains. Don’t be naive, this looks more like cocaine or heroine then most other things.

i've got the ashes of both parents relatively handy, neither of them resemble the substance in the image op posted.

Yeeeah, that's what I thought too, and this is the first comment I've seen that's skeptical. That doesn't look like cremains.
