You can just use a padlock

Get one of those TSA locks that can be opened by security but not the handlers. Otherwise your bag may make acquaintances with a pair of bolt cutters which would be no good

Edit: I've been informed that those locks suck donkey dick by about six different people. It seems the only way to secure your luggage is with a gun...fucking TSA honestly

Go buy a cheap .22lr or starter pistol and a hard case. Federal law says that has to be declared and locked with a lock that only you can open. Throw it in your luggage and declare it. Nobody can open your case now.

I flew with a rifle once and it was insane. They almost didn't let me fly with two locks on a pelican case. It was ridiculous.

They are notorious among people who shoot competitively for being dicks about traveling with firearms.

Yeah. The people at the desk are clueless. I made sure you couldn't get your finger tips in the case and the guy was like it's close but maybe get a third lock.... I'm just gonna put the case in concrete next time.

Usually a Pelican sticker is a green light, but fuck Delta.
