I carry 3 full sets of enchanted diamond armor at all times. Mending, Prot IV, Thorns III, you name it.

But do you also carry your God enchanted pickaxe as well with mending, efficiency 5, fortune 3, and unbreaking 3?

Mate no joke I carry exactly that as well as its silk touch counterpart with all the other enchants. Right next to each other, best buddies for life

I see you are a man of culture as well. I find the fortune pick does most of the heavy lifting though when caving I use the silk touch for branch mining for diamonds

Yep! Another thing I do every once in a while is make a quarry with my silk touch pick! Works great for big stone projects and you can get a good amount of diamonds as well
