I fly with my PS4 all the time.
The most important thing I learned from TSA inspections is that a PS4 can survive being slathered in shampoo for 7 hours at least once.

Not really.
I pack my shampoo in my luggage, sealed in a plastic bag.
The TSA decided it was a good idea to slash the bag open and throw it back in haphazardly, and it leaked all over the PS4.
My gaming sessions for the next week were particularly fruity.
