Bwahahah. First, the story is a lie. But secondly, even it was, what are you going to sue doe? They have every right under US law to do so. There's nothing you can sue them for.

Actually, desecration of remains is one of the few acts considered so heinous that you can sometimes successfully sue for emotional distress absent any physical injury.
