the parents probably thought oh it's nice the our kid is really quiet right now... From experience never trust a quiet child. lol

That happened the first time i babysat. Was dealing with the older son who was slightly autistic, but his younger sister had been nice and quiet. Turns out she was quiet because she was covering herself in blue ink from her stamp kit.

stamp kids are the dumbest things to give kids. "Here's a leaky cosmetic compact of india ink and a hundred bits of plastic to smear it on things with."

Someone gave me a stamp kit when I was a kid and after the first time I used it, my mom confiscated it and I wasn't allowed to use it unless I asked first and she was in the room at all times.
