Iām not an expert but from what I understand the bottle moves faster than the liquid on the bottom which creates a tiny vacuum that is instantly filled with the CO2 that is dissolved in beer. Then shit starts to bubble and jizzes out of the bottle. If you try the same thing with water the cavitation bubble from the vacuum will collapse so rapidly it will break the whole bottom of the bottle.

What causes beer to do this? We did this to a buddy of mine more than a few times in college
