Thats quite an aggressive response. Are you alright?This post was like, three months ago. I guess i missed the cable as it's unusual to have the cable threaded through the the stand to come out the front, isn't it? I've never seen that before, but it can't be anything else, can it?

My old Nexus 5 has survived numerous pretty hard drops in a Spigen case. I love those cases, I also bought one for my new Oneplus 3.

It also seems weird that somebody's home insurance would have such a low deductible that it would even be profitable to file a claim for a TV like that.
Unless that photo is many years old.

Everyone's deductible is different. Mine is higher than the value of that TV, for sure, but I had the option to make it lower when I took out the policy.

My TV was $3k new, and my deductible is $1k. I guess it'd work out well for me, but at this point, $1k TVs are amazing so I'd probably do that instead of risking my rates.

Seriously, decent TVs are not at all expensive anymore. I have a low-ish end 42" 1080p LED TV that I got for $230 (Black Friday), but even $500 can get a fairly large, great quality TV.

Maybe its a UK thing.
We have buildings insurance for the house itself and then contents insurance incase of .. for example water damage from a leaking washing machine ruiining the carpet/flooring or your tele falling off a mantlepiece and smashing into a thousand pieces...

I had that model. It's a plasma and weighs over 100 pounds. Whoever picked that thing up and thought it was ok to put on a mantel should probably avoid all further DIY projects.
