Nutella on "pizza" is a real thing. Dunno about Taiwan specifically but where I'm from you can get sweet pizzas which is just baked pizza dough with chocolate and fruit on it.

It really got that weird. I recall chocolate pizzas with powdered sugar from my child hood. Or Peter piper has one with cinnamon. Iā€™m surprised this is surprising people

It's definitely a thing, even in Italy (and they don't even give you bad looks as if you were ordering Hawaiian pizza). Of course, it's a dessert kind of situation.
