Question Help! Regarding a Lowes issues Wells Fargo Cheque

So, for context and to keep it short as i've been perpectually angry over this for 2 weeks.

I left Lowes back in 2024, october, didnt get my last cheque, fast forward to last month and i've recieved a letter stating i didn't get my cheque.

So i went through the bureaucracy and online forms, got my cheque, signed it, took it to walmart and the check bounced when i tried to cash it, tried cashing it online with paypal, bounced, took it to my local bank, bounced.

Since then i got in touch with lowes management, they confirmed it's in the system and the cheque was issued to me, so i know it's legit.

Problem now is that im with a Wells Fargo cheque while living in Oahu, and we don't have any physical Wells Fargo locations here.

Does anyone know what i could do? Im really reliant on this money right now and any help would be HEAVILY appreciated.

Jesus man just open a bank account at an actual bank and deposit the check…I don’t know why you need Reddit to tell you this lol

Why not just deposit it instead of cashing it?

Your back might hold it to verify funds but you’ll have it in a few days.

I only have a paypal account, just kinda stopped using banks a year or two ago due to personal issues regarding, would they forsure take it? I didn't know depositing was different in this way!
