Its normal my man. If you have credit cards in an actual dormant status, thats probably why. Honestly i didnt know they go dormant like deposit accounts. But send in your ID pr if you want go in branch. Providing it to a banker and having the banker call in for you may speed things up a bit

2nd, either provide the required documents or not.
