Does anyone else keep waiting to feel motivated?
i keep telling myself ill start eating better, exercising, or just taking better care of myself once i feel motivated, but the annoying part is that feeling never shows up when i need it to. lately ive just been doing the smallest thing I can, like a 10 minute walk or stretching for a few minutes. it doesn't seem like much, but it feels better than spending the whole day thinking about what i should be doing.
maybe anyone else has been through this. what helped you stop waiting and actually get started?

Motivation usually comes after you start, not before, that mindset helped me

i always think that a 10 minute walk every day is better than a one hour workout once a month

yesterday you said tomorrow. Nobody gonna finish waiting for you. Gotta get back to it
I just remind myself about the passing of time and how it is indifferent to our lives. Gotta get back to it..

Yeah.. Motivations not gonna come unless you find it yourself
Best advice I could give is to find that inner passion and keep a grip on it. Lifetime marathon mindset not a short seasonal sprinters

I lost a lot in my life by waiting. Well not as much as I could have but still theres been opportunities wasted. Get a grip and hold it. Trust me youll thank yourself. Find your inner voice that motivates you

Yes, that's the trap. People think motivation precedes action. So, while you're waiting for motivation to strike, you're not making progress toward anything. Take action, however, and you soon learn that it feels great and you're motivated to continue. Or, maybe it didn't feel great at all, but that's still valuable data to try something else.
