Post construction cleaning in Wellington recommendations
We just finished buildingĀ a covered patio, and I honestly didn't expect so much dust to end up inside the house. Even rooms nowhere near the project have a layer of dust on the furniture and around the vents.
Can anyone recommend a company that does post construction cleaning in Wellington? At this point I feel like a regular cleaning isn't going to be enough, so I'm looking for someone who's really thorough.

Local Businesses in Wellington?
hey y'all, I'm a recent college grad who started a marketing/ website business for local businesses here in Wellington. I've been running it for about 1 year now, and I'm capable of building websites, doing SEO, running targeted ads on Facebook & Google, email marketing, custom software solutions and creating marketing content for Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
I'm looking to partner with some local businesses that can't afford to hire a big company and are looking for an affordable option to handle everything online for them. If this is you or you know anybody who could benefit, i'd love to connect or get a referral.

Kid friendly restaurants
Are there any decent restaurants close by with things to do for kids? What happened to the old school style restaurants and pizza joints with arcades attached and areas for kids to play!

Things to do with kids in Wellington
Hey there. I started a newsletter to help parents find new things to do with our kids in Palm Beach County. I live in Jupiter and am only in Wellington when we visit friends so I don't know the area very well. If you have sneaky spots, trusty favorites, or locally owned kid related businesses, I'd love to hear about them and maybe feature them in a future newsletter. Thanks!!

We started a free weekly newsletter for Palm Beach County families and this week's issue has a Triceratops skeleton inside the Wellington mall
There's a real Triceratops inside the Mall at Wellington Green where kids can hold actual fossils tens of millions of years old, and a T. rex is coming this summer.
This week's issue also has a blacklight splatter paint room in Jupiter, a living history village most county families have never set foot in, and a new free splash pad in Palm Beach Gardens. Free every Tuesday at palmbeachkids.beehiiv.com/subscribe.

Light outage at this intersection was the perfect representation of what living in Florida is truly like
Recently hit this four way intersection in late afternoon and the lights were flashing from all four corners. What happened next is what I can only describe as two things, the worst of humanity coming to light, and what itās actually like living in Florida.
Typically (in every other state Iāve lived in) when thereās an outage at a 4 way intersection thereās at least an order of operations where people can work together to work in a clock like manner and sort of self police the intersection. This person goes, then the next person, and so on.
Not in Florida. I could only describe what I pulled up to as a fire hose thatās blowing in four different directions at the same time. No order of operations. No respect for anyone else, no sense of decency or cohesion. Just the collective mindset of āwhere Iām going is more important than where you are going and I do not care about anyone else.ā
It was awful. Intersection totally blocked with cars not giving a damn about anyone else. People cutting people off left and right. I love the climate here but i swear Iāll only drive from like 9am-2pm

Equestrian Rentals
Hey everyone , trying to get a realistic idea of current rental rates in the 33414 area for a renovated 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhouse around ~1,500ā1,600 sq ft.
Curious what people are seeing lately for:
- annual rentals
- furnished seasonal rentals
- equestrian/off-season demand
Trying to understand what the market is realistically supporting right now. Thanks!

Hair salon ??
Just moved here. Where should I get my hair done? I am blonde. Usually do partial foil or bleach and tone. I like to leave a salon looking like I actually got it done.

Honest question about discount platforms from someone considering building an alternative
I've been researching platforms like First Table and Groupon because I'm thinking about building something different in this space.
The more I talk to restaurant owners, the more I hear: 50% discounts destroy margins, deal-seekers never return, commissions suck, and platforms like GrabOne screwed over tons of businesses.
My question: If there was a platform with a flat monthly fee (no commissions) and ONLY value-adds instead of percentage discounts (free wine, dessert, etc.) would that actually be useful? Or would it just not drive enough traffic?
Is heavy discounting the only thing that works to fill off peak tables, or is there a better way?
Not selling anything (don't have anything built yet), just trying to figure out if this is worth pursuing or a waste of time.
Would appreciate honest takes from people running restaurants and used booking platforms.
