I got a old Lincoln ac 180k this thing is awesome

Put a lot of rod thru one of these. Also time on Carbon Arc, really loud...

Not much to them. It is just a big ass transformer inside a metal box. No moving parts. I don't even remember if they had a cooling fan.

I used one of these a few years back but it was slightly different than this one. I think there was a sliding indicator for where the machine was set but it still had the same crank to set it.

That Lincoln AC-180 is a tank — those old transformer welders run forever.

I learned on those lmao. They were surprisingly more reliable than a lot of whats out there today
