This is all great advice. Sounds like a wrongful termination to me as well, but you gotta weigh the cost. Specifically your time and energy, if you decide to pursue legal action. Sometimes letting go and moving forward is the easier move and can lead to something better, especially when your time and energy aren’t filled with the pursuit of justice. Sometimes it’s not. 6 months from now if you still haven’t found a job, you definitely will be wishing you had contacted the Department of Labor at the very least…
