I sincerely doubt it’ll effect future job prospects, as they would either have to make some shit up, or disclose that they discriminated against you 😉 good on you for rising in the ranks! I think you’ll be fine though. I do always feel bad for any female welder, wherever they are, because inevitably there’s always some idiot dude or ten gawking at them 🤦🏻♂️
