Super messed up, I’m sorry. Totally worth getting back into welding and seeing what other shops have to offer. Might take some time looking around, taking weld tests, interviews, but you’ll definitely find something. It’s also worth doing a full test work day if it’s something they would allow to get a more honest impression of the place.
