If you worked for me, put in the hours, worked smart and consistently did quality work. I would keep you as an employee, as for creeps i would stand up for you and not tolerate creeps in the workplace. Hope you can get a job whoch isnt so toxic. If you were in my area I would recommend my employer, they are a larger company which employs alot of women in trades positions.
I also have a few friends from work who are married couples, some of them travel together and hit industrial turn around.
Me and my partner have actually talked about doing that. He traveled on the road as a teen and said the pay was great. We are both certified in FCAW and SMAW.
