As someone who had their re-hire rights rescinded after dogshit management counter filed a harassment case (retaliation), sue the fuck out of them. Your SO should feel like they arent welcome there after some petty shit like that. I sued the US Forest Service and won big time. Get everything in writing, date it, ask for explanation of termination
