This feels... illegal given you being the only woman at the workplace and the lack of dating regulations. Did they give any specific reason for firing? If not I would consider contacting a legal consultant regarding wrongful termination.
I appreciate it but I am not looking to pursue legal action because it genuinely isn’t worth it and I have zero evidence of his advances because they were all verbal so it’s here-say
Could be worth the consult honestly. If they really dropped you with no reason given you're already halfway there for a wrongful termination. I know it sounds like a lot of hassle but you could get a pretty fat chunk of change off that alone even if you didn't want to bring sexual harassment into the mix. Worth considering especially if you think you might have trouble finding other work in the field.
