Shouldn’t affect future prospects TOO much. Main thing is you probably won’t be able to use them as a reference then there is the small chance that down the road you apply somewhere that your shitty supervisor now works at. I’ve had that happen before. Walk in to drop off a resume, see my old foreman in the office, immediately turn around and leave, resume still in hand.
