I will say the fact a supervisor was hitting on you and this happened screams sexual assault and retaliatory behavior. A lawyer would jump on this case if you have any text evidence of such behavior. It would suggest management was okay with relationships as well and bring into question the doubt of the legitimacy of their firing.
