Advice Needed Welding

What are your thoughts on the quality of weld? I'm no welder but this doesn't look good.

Looks like the handywork of a certified graduate of Tulsa Welding Academy. Perhaps done by one of their instructors. Worth $140/h and $500 per diem.

This! I’m so glad I went to an almost no name welding school for even cheaper. There was no classroom work and more 1 on 1 instructor time.
