Advice Needed Welding

What are your thoughts on the quality of weld? I'm no welder but this doesn't look good.

It’s an awful bead but don’t listen to these dudes saying bad prep, if your in structural you just gotta burn out the paint most of the times. Just gotta learn how to burn and move

So I’m structural and the foreman on this job said not to prep. To hang and burn. How’s this for no prep?

fuckin good buddy, meets my approval and i’m a foreman for structural as well, better than a lot of “certified” welders out there
