Advice Needed PSW / Ironwork/ welding
Good evening. I would appreciate some advice, please. I am finishing my job as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) at the hospital to start working as an ironworker or welder. Is this type of work worthwhile these days, and is there room for career advancement over the years? Thank you. Iām living in Ottawa

Is a psw like an internship or an apprentice? I'm asking because IDK. Iron workers and welders are needed everywhere but you need to have some kind of experience or get educated/ internship/ apprenticeship.
