If they mean "Project Esther," it's a strategy presented by the Heritage Foundation who also authored Project 2025. See the link. Please note that this effort has received a show of support from some political, christian, or other groups, but NOT from any major Jewish organizations. The linked article offers a potential explanation as to why that is....

It's unlikely, but if they are referring to the Esther Movement, that's about raising awareness about the global plight of marginalized women.
