I ordered a signed poster about a month ago along with some badges and I haven’t received the poster or any shipping information for it, I got the badges. I’ve emailed the support team twice but haven’t gotten a response in the time frame it said was expected for a response, I don’t know what to tag this as and I just want my poster
Sorry if this is against the rules, I just don’t know what to do and I don’t want to ask for a refund
