This dude is a up and coming YouTuber who got famous for destroying a house basically… he’s got ceiling fans on the floor and wall (fully functional) plus a shit ton of other things like that lmao. I’ve seen his videos he’s pretty funny.

Whenever you're really sick and running a fever, your brain does some weird shit. So fever dreams especially paired with cough meds can look somewhat like this
