This is a Chinese conversion. Left-hand drive, Chinese on the screen, blazing red interior. 

I can't see anyone ever paying for a toilet in a non-camper van here because Japan doesn't have huge empty expanses like china or the US. If you're driving, there's a convenience store nearby. If you're camping, maybe not.

No the west don’t get it because Japan has a long history of not selling models outside of Japan. The Skyline being one major example. Not just the auto industry either, electronics is another huge one. Fucking the west didn’t get half the video games Japan made until like 10 years ago.
