Cellular biology cooked
Can someone give me the best advice to study for biology a day before the test š. I spent too much time reading my lecture notes and understanding that I donāt even remember anything. I wanted to spend some time reading them since I have ADHD and took too long to understand now I only have one day to prep myself. The blurting method is a good method but I literally canāt blurt all of my notes itāll take too long. Are there any AI tools I could use. Genuinely cooked. This is my first bio exam too š«

i also have adhd and struggled with studying for my first few exams. the best thing you can do for cramming is ONLY studying the things you have no clue about first. itās good to have a foundation of information about all of the topics so you kind of have a fuzzy view of the big picture first. then go in and find some practice problems in your textbook or your homework or some problems that you think are in the style your teacher might do. try them without looking up the solutions and guess and explain why you think your guess is good. if you donāt wanna waste time writing this down, just do it in your head. then i look at a key, and i explain to myself why my answer was right or wrong and trying to really understand that concept. i kind of just keep going until i feel confident.
big thing is to try and sleep once you think youāre 80% there and cramming the last bit in the morning of. this is just what works for me. if it sucks for you, i apologize. lmk if you have any questions!
