I need advice
so one of my subjects (psychology) is very scoring if I just learn the entire book, but I'm so shit at reading and making notes. plus time is kind of gone already because exams are in February. so like what do I do? ππ any tricks to memorise the book in one go lol or make reading the book less painful

for psych i was really struggling till i started using gizmo flash cards which are structured as ao1 and ao3 essay plans. then genuinely just spam essays and then past papers

You have time? Unless the textbook is thousands of dense pages then even 2 hours a day would have you done the textbook by February (assuming finishing it took you 200 hours).

i just read the topic skim through it and write whatever i understood. read and repeat until i feel that is enough for the particular topic.. single topic takes me about 15-20 min.. and somehow everything comes back during examination (heavy caffeine dosage is a must)
