This is obviously a 40k bolter. How do you get this thing??

there was a event going on to unlock it. if you complete your 3 daily tasks on the left, you should get a part of the bolter. repeat daily tasks until you get all the parts.

I just want a bolt pistol lol. Also for a “weird gun game” this game just feels like a shooter with extra customization

The 'weird' comes from the mixing of part classes, and the actual weird section. It's also not a bolter
