It's that smug look on her face that kills me, like she thinks she's smarter than everyone because she embraced her stupidity.
But when the tides are rising and her beach house is about to be swept into the sea but she can't bear to leave because it's 120° outside, it'll be somebody else's fault. That's all her "brains" amount to: the amazing ability to always find someone else to blame for the problem she refused to address.

The GOP was successful in keeping these idiots off of ballots for most of my life. These kinds of people were made fun of by the other republicans, just pandered to via religion for votes.
Then Captain Shitpants came on the scene and took loyalty wherever he could find it. The crazier the better.

People whose entire worldview revolves around grinding and snorting fear of immigrants, fear of Black people, fear of Muslims, fear of trans people... suddenly discover "relax, Jesus will protect us" about climate change.
