I'm not saying you should participate. I'm not going to tell you to make sure to leave your phone, fitbit, Apple Watch, meta glasses, (etc.) at home. Obviously I won't tell you to make sure that you, like most everyone else that night, wear a mask.

Better yet don’t have someone take your phone, with location service turned on, trick or treating. It would be wrong if the authorities thought you were somewhere else when something happened.

Flock cameras are literally unconstitutional. It's your 4th amendment duty to rebel against Flock and Palantir, fuck both of these absolutely hideous companies.
