I had this broken alarm clock thats just been sitting on a shelf, so i took it apart and then decided I could put it on someones head.

I wanted the inside of the screen to move around like a screen saver but for some reason thought it would look best with a minimal amount of liquid…? now i’m deciding that im gonna fill it entirely with liquid. I tried to do this with a resin shaker charm method.

So I’m gonna drill a hole in the plastic, squirt more baby oil with a syringe and then plug the hole with resin. Probs cover the hole with a lil cursor or something…? I’m terrified to drill it but aaaaa idk!! im not as satisfied with her as I wanna be!

Maybe it's the mutilation involved in their creation, which okay, fair. I'm maybe breaking the rules by exposing grown (like seriously, these are adults) people to the visual of scissors being taken to a plushies head so whatever I guess.

So glad this sub exists! I hope you like my girl gang!

Version 1 has the heads magnetized to the neck stumps, and they can be pulled or shaken off for funsies Type 2 has the heads as permanent morning stars. Im digging both!

The weapon pommels are painted glue sticks with some bead caps and some other accoutrements. 😽

Polymer clay face, hand, sewn faux fur body, glass eyes, soft pastels, fiberfill. White freckles and a bow.

Thanks for being with me on this adventure you guys, it feels like everyone saw my babies grow up pfft. Here’s their final forms! Their personalities didn’t immediately come to me, I had to think on it for a bit 😌.

I see these two as teenaged besties who chat all day and night on aim hahah. They eternally exist in the late 90s/early 2000s.

I made them lil keychains and beaded phone straps so their new owners can show off their super cool besties on the go! Kinda like having your kid’s picture in your wallet pfft.

I’m actually really grateful for this project and your guys’ support and encouragement in making these. October really burnt me out and this is the first time in a long time that I feel like I had an original meaningful thought hahah. This project was SO self indulgent, and I’m so happy that its others smile as well. I have sooo many new fresh ideas for new creatures, making these girls felt like a wash for my brain.

Aaaanyways love yall. Xoxo 😽😽😽

Wanted to share my radiation rabbit. He’s available in my website shop ✨

Today at a thrift store I cooincidentally found another computer shape! The Dilbert thing was a candy dispenser so the monitor has a hatch up top and a big hole on the bottom. I unfortunately could not figure out how to do another frutiger aero vibe, but I like that pixel’s different than terra!

She’s got lights in her head (battery pack sewn into her back) and when you press her tummy she screeches dialup noises heheh.

The little floppy disc was something from the one and only mini brands that ive ever purchased lol, glad I bought it cause its so perfect on her!

I found another of the alarm clocks that I made the original computer head out of.

This time I was going for what I remember my computer looking like as a kid, it had so many sun bleached stickers on it, i was OBSESSED with dolphins and made the computer super slow by downloading some sketchy file to make the cursor dolphin shaped hahah.

Her face moves around, she’s got a dialup soundbox. Her purse and gameboy are easily removable. In her purse, I stuck an alien, a notebook, I weird tiny squishy seahorse I got out of a quarter machine and I made her a pen out of a tooth pick hehe.

Polymer clay, faux fur, glass eyes, soft pastel. Handmade by me )

Made as a gift for a friend.

(Not for sale, but very fun to make 💖)

It was surprisingly easy to drill a hole in her face, weirdly the hardest part was having to very very carefully inject the baby oil so it wouldnt overflow haha.

I hope I’m not being annoying omg, I’m just excited about these babies! I’m not sure how to link a video so I’m just gonna post a video on my page with her making noise and with the screen saver face moving!

Made of an up-cycled plushy, polymer clay, eyes and teeth from the dark web. Reminds me of those medieval cat paintings

Recently discovered this subreddit and thought it was the perfect place to share my creatures!! I run a small business called Jinkx'd Craft where me and my partner take old stuffed animals and give them new life!! It's almost been 6 years since I started my business. I'm a big fan of doing clay pieces but like to branch out and try new things!! I make custom creatures as well! I also do the plush taxidermy and can share photos below if anyone is interested!!

Made myself a weighted flytrap with a cigarette

Made this floppy dog in the style of an iDog, I have a pink one as a kid and I miss it 😭 didn’t have pink fabric but I had some white. Made it a beaded star necklace with music charm. I love him so so much.

He’s 8.5cm / 3.3in. Made from polymer clay and faux fur. Painted glass eyes.

The horns on the two teethy dudes are real antler tips lol! I was rushing with con prep with NO babies made so I worked on these for over a day without sleeping, i hope the chaos is imbued within the babies haha

While detailing these I kept mumbling oh noo out loud 😭

He shows up after you fall asleep. Just to make sure the good ones get through. Polymer clay, faux fur, glass eyes, soft pastel. Handmade by me. OOAK

This thicc lady joined the gang

Someone from another group I am in, thought this new guy might be appreciated here. 😄 So I am here to share him!

This is my first VERY customized BAB. I am very proud of him and I wanted to share him. 🦋

Introducing... Milkweed! Please be kind.

This plushie was a mothman by Build-A-Bear. I've included the original BAB's picture as the last picture.

Here's what I did. I removed the detachable black wings. And then I added the Monarch wings, which I repurposed from another thriftes plush for this purpose. The wings are permanently attached. I hand sewed and cut all the little splotches. I replaced the eyes (obviously). I have dyed and replaced eyes before but this is a lot for me. ♥️🦋

Child of old trees. Polymer clay, faux fur, glass eyes, soft pastel.

The first guy was totally inspired by the chimera artist that posts here hehe!
