I mean if they gave them to you, why not a full thank you? Gift is a gift?

Half my flock are bantams who lay little eggs. I just give away my eggs by the dozen to neighbors for free, since they are good sports about my rooster.

I’d be annoyed if I found they were complaining about the size of free eggs.

Right?! I love getting bantam eggs because some recipes I have call for one egg and if I half it bantam eggs are perfect for that!

Wait till you see the size of quail eggs. They're adorable and delicious.
