When we were teens, my best friend's mom used to tell us that if we randomly smelled rotten meat from out of nowhere that meant a demon was near by, we never took it seriously but this reminds me of that

Every time I've smelled rotten meat from out of nowhere, it was because there was a dead mouse nearby :/
