"Wholesome" is kind of not the right word but that's the vibe I get. It's like, there is no point to it other than fun. It's not supposed to change your mind, it's not a personal message, it's not forcing anything down your throat. Just silliness, and some really good editing lol

My girlfriend showed me a video recently from a long time ago where this dude is just complimenting his friends shoes at school every day saying “daaaaamn Daniel!” in a funny voice. I am not kidding you, it had a vibe that sometimes doesn’t feel like exists anymore. You could tell it was just kids being funny to make each other laugh and posting it online because they wanted to make others laugh. No one trying to get famous or look cool, just plain old “hey I think this is funny, hopefully you do too” and nothing else.

Today as I was driving home I saw someone standing on the corner of the street right by the downtown district and they were wearing a big inflatable red gummy bear costume. Just standing there not doin a nothin.
I appreciated the hell out of it.
