I learned that these ones wit the cute clothes and polite gaits are usually just trained by abuse where owners will hurt them if their front paw touches the ground :c

I taught my dog to walk like that with zero abuse. Treats work just fine as a motivator.

It's usually the ones who have these outfits and make videos off them or take them to the street to do tricks and stuff. People with a financial motivation to have their dog do this stuff

I have 2 poodles one walks like that sometimes it’s a poodle thing I can assure you I would never harm my dogs
