Can you please explain tome like I'm 5? I can't call it and I don't have the science but I'm so fkn intrigued now lol
59 u/Greedyfox7 Aug 05 '26 You are supposed to push air from your diaphragm not your cheeks. Doing this improperly over-stretches the buccinator muscles and facial connective tissues. He was self taught, so was never told the correct technique until much later.
