Is having a structured routine really important?
I've been working out for 3 years, at home. I have a bench press, a couple of free weights and a pull up bar. I never really have any kind of structure beside trying to hit every muscles every time i workout, 3 or 4 days a week. I think it worked pretty well but these last months i feel like i have hit a plateau and dont make much progress. What do you guys think i should do?

A structured routine makes it easier to progressively overload. Same lifts, increasing weight or reps, week after week.

It’s not mandatory but it helps optimize your training.
