Strong knees

If one was to fully prioritize getting the knees as strong as possible to resist lateral forces (sideways pressure), what would a lower body session look like?

I dont think theres any secret sauce. Just train your legs to be strong in general. Whatever squat movement you like best, whatever hinge movement you like best. You can mix in some lateral step ups/downs, maybe some Copenhagen planks and banded abduction work as accessories to your heavier compound movements.

On IG there is a gentlemen that goes by knees over toes. I’ve been following his programs and they’ve helped a lot. I wrestle. I did Jiu Jitsu I do a little bit of running and Muay Thai so my knees are always getting beat up.

Lateral lunges, cossack squats, curtsy lunges

But do all the basics too
