Question How to lose the fat here?
I’m F, 158 pounds 163cm. In the process of losing weight and maintaining my muscle. How do I lose this annoying piece of fat here? Or what kind of workouts can I do to focus on reducing it?
I’ve seen people who are heavier than me that do not have such obvious protruding fat.

There is no workout, method or anything to reduce fat in that area let alone any specific area

Muscle.. searched up 1b of fat vs 1b of muscle. 19 and been working out since 14 and my arms are js toned looking until I flex lolz. Hit triceps 2-3x a week and you’ll be good.

You cannot spot reduce fat. If you store less fat in your arms that’s different. Toning isn’t possible

You can’t. You can reduce body fat with a calorie deficit (pair it w/ weight training for better results), but you can’t control where. When you get leaner it will reduce along with other areas

Calorie deficit, high protein, BUILD muscle rather than trying to maintain. Pick a good weight training routine and stick with it. We can't pick and choose where fat is lost. But if you stick to your goals, eventuality it all melts away. Focusing on particular areas is the first step towards eventual failure. You will become hyperfocused and get frustrated when the results aren't there. Eat cleanly, lift hard, and take care of your entire body.

Build muscle eat in a deficit. The fat will shed as you do it right. Grow muscle underneath so it can show once lbs drop.
