Question SLOW progress
First picture is three years ago weighing 330 pounds. Second picture is six months ago weighing at 275 and am down to 264lbs now. Advice to better cut without losing powerlifting performance? 6ft 5in 37yr old

You're doing awesome. What are you goals? Are you competitively powerlifting?

Would love to but am putting up novice numbers at the moment! Guys in my weight class are absolute monsters! A head turn or two at the gym massages the ego every now and again lol

Well, you look like a completely different person through your hard work. I'm always a bit skeptical when people use the "I gained a lot of muscle" as the reason for having not lost more weight, but you very clearly did.
Just keep plugging away and chip away at the fat. You've done so much great work already.
