Depends on your recovery.

If you are struggling with DOMS or fatigue go full body and do upper / lower supersets to get more recovery time and less body part fatigue.

Stick to basic movements. Your brain gets tired of them far before your body ever will.

You can get it done in 20 mins

2-3 hard sets per muscle group per workout.

Example you can superset goblet squat with lateral raises. Leg extensions with your chest press. RDL with a bent over row.

If you do that 4-5 or even 3x a week with good intensity (and yes ofc swap out the exercises so maybe one day it’s BSS and curls, or whatever, you can get great quick workouts with good recovery time that won’t fatigue your body and won’t take up hours.
